St. Vincent DePaul Conference

This conference is composed of men and ladies of St. Philip Parish.  Its purpose is for them to grow spiritually by offering person to person service to those who are in need and suffering.  They are dedicated to serving the poor in our area.

The conference meets on the third Wednesday evening of every month at 7:00 p.m. 

Each week members go out “two by two” into hospitals, nursing homes, or those who are homebound.  The conference is funded by monthly donations from parishioners.  This enables the conference to give "limited" financial assistance to those in need for such things as rent assistance, help on electric bills and water bills, food or clothing.  New members are always welcome.
