Meet Our Faculty and Staff

Pastoral Moderator Fr. Steve Lintzenich
Special Assistance Fr. Bob Wannemuehler - Fr. Bob has been a very important member of St. Philip Parish for nearly 82 years.  He attended St. Philip School for 8 years and then he entered St. Meinrad Seminary.  He studied at St. Meinrad for 12 years.  He has been a priest for over 55 years, where he served as a pastor or associate pastor in various churches until he became Chaplain of Deaconess Hospital.  He served as Chaplain for 35 years and continued to serve Deaconess Hospital as a volunteer chaplain.  He is a walking miracle as he has survived 3 open hear surgeries and an aortic aneurism.  We here at St. Philip are lucky to have him serve us as a special assistant.
Deacon Joe Stofleth - My name is Joe and I reside in Evansville with my wife Margaret.  I retired from Permanent Federal Savings Bank in 1997 and have been involved in church ministry at various parishes since then.  I was ordained a permanent deacon for the Diocese of Evansville in July 2005 and was assigned to St. Philip Church in January 2007.  My wife and I celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary last June and have two grown sons.  I enjoy golfing and fishing.
School Principal Andrea Lodato - My name is Andrea Lodato and I am the principal of St. Philip School.  Although I recently moved to Evansville from Madison, Wisconsin, I am an Evansville native.  I grew up on the east side and attended Good Shepherd School and Memorial High School, where I graduated from in 1996.  I received my degrees in Elementary Education and Spanish from Indiana University in 2001.  I then moved to Wisconsin to begin my career as a bilingual teacher at Frank Allis Elementary School.  I spent six years there working and eventually going back to school.  In May of 2007, I finished my degree in Educational Leadership from the University of Wisconsin - Madison.  Although I do not have a lot of free time, I have a lot of favorite hobbies that keep me busy when I do find a spare minute.  Among those are soccer, swimming, bowling, and reading.  I also enjoy speaking Spanish and traveling and I look for every opportunity to learn something new.  That's part of what makes me so excited about education.  We're all constantly learning here!
DRE/Facilities Manager Mark McDonald - I am 57 years old and married with 2 grown girls.  My wife Ann and I have lived in Mt. Vernon for 35 years.  Ann is in her 36th year of teaching, and I taught for 14 years before becoming a Catholic school principal for the next 20.  After retiring from school administration, I worked as the DRE and Pastoral Associate here at St. Philip Parish.  I have worked as the Parish Manager and as of the Fall of 2008, I was again assigned as the DRE/Facilities Manager.  I am in my 4th year in formation seeking ordination as a Deacon of the Church.
Office Manager Angie Wildeman - I graduated from Castle High School and USI with a major in Marketing/Psychology.  I have lived on the West side for 20 year.  I have been a member of St. Philip's Church for 16 years.  My husband is Kevin, who was born and raised here, and also attended St. Philip School.  We have 3 children Eric 13, Megan 11, and Adam 7.
